Having recently completed on my house purchase I felt it necessary to write a review. I have now bought three houses through Rouse Estates and sold two through them. Paul, Simon and their team are exceptional, they all very professional and helpful and make the whole process as easy as possible. They kept me informed throughout the process and were the most competitive regarding the sales commission. I don't intend to move again but if I did then Rouse Estates is the only company I would want to deal with my sale.

We had previously decided to sell through another agency, which proved to be very stressful and ended in the sale falling through. We needed a fresh approach and Rouse, the most established agents in the area, proved to be 100% reliable, efficient, friendly and totally on our side. They still had to put in a lot of hard work to reach completion, but this was handled without fuss by Kay, who kept us up-to-date at every point. Highly recommended.
