Paul Rouse, established Rouse Estates in 1985, having already gained ten years of valuable experience in property sales, working for both a national company in Colchester and the surrounding areas and an independent Estate Agent in Clacton on Sea. Having learned his trade, Paul decided it was time to set up on his own in the Town of his birth. Rouse Estates had a humble beginning, with initially Paul doing everything, assisted by his Parents.
As business and Paul’s reputation grew, new members of staff joined the company and Rouse Estates became established as the leading Agents within the local area.
